Yoga is held daily when we get a minimum of 4 students to register. Join us at 10AM for 90 minutes of yoga including guided meditation at the end.
All-Chakra Tantra blends Krishnamacharia’s Viniyoga, White Tantra Yoga and Total Tantra’s Bija Yoga. In Bija Yoga, you move through a series of poses while you massage your inner organs. Each pose involves meditative breathing, internal holds (bhandas) and muscular movement.
I teach 1 1/2 hour morning classes from 9-10:30 AM when TANTRA SCHOOL is in session. In my tantra seminars, I begin each day with a 1 ½ hour yoga session.
