The class will introduce powerful teachings influenced by nature, yoga, Vedanta and theater, with the emphasis on making the complicated simple and being natural and in alignment in an unnatural world. We will open the hour gathering with a guided meditation then launch into practical application. In addition to the event being pay by donation, there is a surprise bonus for coming. All intended to point you powerfully into a more fully realized 2012 with your own united front!

About Andrea Rich
: Andrea came to New York from the Midwest where she studied acting, had her own shows in the East Village, taught yoga, became a reiki master, sold her pottery, then finally exhausted, moved to the Hudson Valley from where she went back into the city to help other people un-clutter and design their homes and businesses so they functioned more efficiently. Add to the mix some waitressing jobs here and there, and a few tarot readings — until she came to a screeching halt. Guidance finally showed up in a way very unexpected. She began some deep spiritual studies, got quiet, and what was coming in very strongly was to write a new version of tarot. So she did. It’s ready to launch along with the teachings therein. Yoga of the ARcana, which uses the 22 archetypes as journey stations for life teachings, is the story. “It can take some time to finally pull it together, but when you touch on something thats really authentic to your soul, you know,” she says.
