This group was created to bring valuable feelings of assistance from people in similar situations that have children of all ages who are diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, ODD, Aspergers or Mild Autism.  If you are an Adult and would like to share your life experiences with these gifts, please join our support group.  Our main focus is on helping our children learn the skills needed to be successful and independent.

This successful group of activity-centered support lies in a relaxed and casual atmosphere, frank discussions, friendships and a focus on group events.

  • The core values are honesty, patients and love.
  • Proactive encouragement and objective empathy
  • Freedom from the isolation of day-to-day living
  • Activity-Based Support for Parents and Children

The incredible benefits associated with this support system includes relaxation, idea sharing, exercise, socialization for children, teens and of course us adults, plus networking.

We will be doing: community outings such as dinner, movies, swimming, bowling, art and crafts, music, sports and BBQing.

Our kids need support groups to maintain their confidence and independence. They like having the honest discussion about school and getting advice from others their age. The social skills and understanding they gain from this kind of support helps ease their transition into the next phase of their life.

This group provides: Practical advice concerning coping, play activities, strategies for building relationships, feelings of value from the act of helping others, exposure to art, music and educational activities, support when talking over sensitive topics and ability to participate entirely on your schedule.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
