Mind Body Intelligence: Mindful Eating
Join us for an 8 week class to develop mindful eating habits.
We wil explore; how to enjoy food through each of the senses, manage
stress through meditation,and create a deeper connection to the body,
while developing a compassionate self. We will also better understand,
the psychology of our relationship to food.
Classes will begin on 9/17/13 and go from 6:30 to 8p.m.
