Templates and unit tests, Scott Meyers' "Concurrency API"

Templates and unit tests - This discussion can fall into the "real world problem" category. Question - How do you write unit tests for classes that have a dependency on 3rd-party services? I'll discuss my technique for handling this situation.

Scott Meyers' "Concurrency API" - New in C++11 is the integration of concurrency into the language. I have been reading this chapter in Scott Meyers book "Effective Modern C++ (http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920033707.do)". We will review this chapter and review Scott's recommendations.
