This group starts out of my desire to share opportunities to work out while dancing with people who enjoy going to events, dance classes and make out of any special occasion an opportunity to dance. I am a Dance/Fitness instructor looking to get people motivated and keep them motivated about their physical and mental health. I would like to open this group to people of all races, shapes, ages, gender, sexual orientation and creed. My objective is that, while we dance for hours non-stop, share laughs, practice moves from class, and sweat like crazy, we are creating healthier bodies and souls to live happier, longer lives. I would like to create a strong support system for those who want to accomplish fitness and health goals. My heart and message board is open to any suggestions, questions, ideas or complaints. Feel free to introduce yourself at an event, bring along your kids, pets, significant other to our events and just have fun. Also, please share us with your friends and those who may benefit from our group. Thanks again and hope you join!
