Etiwanda Falls, Etiwanda & Cucamonga Peaks

Approximately 23 miles round trip, Out & Back.
Elevation Gain: 7,372 feet
Difficulty: Strenuous ( advanced )
Starting from the Etiwanda Reserve Trailhead (2,080'), we ascend north, eventually, on a ridge between Day Canyon & East Etiwanda Canyon and landing onto San Sevaine Road (6,000'), & turn left traveling west & bagging Buck Point (6,433') then down onto JOE ELLIOT Campground (5,840'). From Joe Elliot Campground to Cucamonga Peak is 4.9 miles but bagging Etiwanda on the way UP. Directions: From Santa Clarita, take the 210 fwy East, exit 61 onto Day Creek Blvd. turn LEFT onto Day Creek Blvd. at the end of the road, turn LEFT onto Etiwanda Ave.
Dress accordingly, and definitely dress in layers. It gets chilly up there, especially after a rain.
