First Cantonese Langauge Meetup: When?

A couple of people have already asked me about our first meeting, so I want to get your feedback for when is the best time.
Do you prefer weekends or weekdays? Afternoon or evening?
Let me know so that I can work something out that will best suit everyone's schedule.
As for me, I leave for China and Japan the last week of September, and I will not be back until November... so I would like to schedule the first meeting before I leave. Otherwise it will be a long wait until we have our first get toegther.
