12:30 - Taco bar, beer and soda are served, make yourself at home and meet a few people.

1:00 -1:30- Project and BoF Introductions - If you'd like, give the group a five minute pitch about what you're working on, or a discussion you'd like to have.

1:30-7:00 - Talk, hack

7:00PM - Wrap Up - You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.
