Want to speak Italian with other "passionati" della Bella Lingua"?  Make new friends and network with  native and non-native Italian speakers?  

The San Francisco Italian Language meetup group offers you that opportunity.  We schedule a variety of events in San Francisco that provide our "soci" with the opportunity to speak Italian at an intermediate or higher level.

We have a fixed, monthly meetup at Cafe Grecco in North Beach and look to schedule an additional 2-4 events during the month. Sometimes there's an event charge to cover Meetup or event expenses. Here's a selection of events we've held in the past:

  • "Porta Da Mangiare e Bere" feste (pot-luck buffets)
  • "Pizze Fatte Da Noi" feste (homemade pizza)
  • "Cena e Cinema" to screen Italian language films (dinner and a movie)
  • Ora Felici doppo Lavoro (Happy Hour after work)
  • La Grigliata a Crissy Field in San Francisco (BBQs)
  • Fixed Price Italian Restaurant dining

We also post activities that other San Francisco Bay Area Italian groups are organizing and keep an eye out for Italian cultural events that would enable conversation in Italian.
