We love making good foods at home, especially cultured or fermented foods, such as: yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, pickles, cheese, and sourdough. And we love to preserve foods, too, like fruits and vegetables, maybe even sausage. And then there's always dehydration, sprouting and herb-growing to discuss.
