The San Francisco Lipstick Lesbians meet-up is for the Bay Area lipstick lesbian, femme women, "chapstick" lesbian, bisexual women, queer women and trans women community. This private meetup centers femme queer women and is a women-focused queer space.
This private meet-up is for Bay Area/ NorCal femme identified women looking to make new friends, network, or date other femme identifying women. It's great for queer women new to the Bay Area looking to make friends and get involved in the community. We are a diverse group of fun, loving femmes ranging from mid-20s to late-60s that enjoy everything this city offers. This space does include single women and women in relationships (committed or open) so please respect that this space is all encompassing for our femme queer women's community. All event's reserved space are strictly for women identified only, this includes guest(s).
For all you femme identifying women interested in joining our group please send a request. To be considered for approval ensure you have these requirements: 1- a clear head-shot photo of yourself (photo should only be of you) so we can recognize you during our events, and 2- your actual first name or nickname; these are required to join and remain in the group.
We organize one monthly cocktail/ mocktail event in various bar locations in San Francisco (usually on Saturday 6-9 PM); Some events allow women identifies guest and some are members only events; many that attend are 1st timers and come solo.

MUST BE 21+ AND FEMME-WOMAN-IDENTIFYING AND LOCAL (in Bay Area or Northern California)
This meetup group is set on private settings; only members can see pictures or other member’s profiles. Profile pictures must be of you and real first name or nickname.
Please do not send unsolicited private messages to members, this platform is created for people to meet in-person at events.
Please DO NOT promote your events on this meetup and DO NOT promote the events of this meetup on your social media or platforms, all events are private.
You must RSVP YES/GOING if you plan to attend an event to help us keep a true count of the number of attendees (including women identified guests); we normally work with the venue to ensure they have sufficient staff. You will be removed if you show up and do not RSVP as a YES. It is simple - just be courteous.
If you have 3 no shows you will be removed, so you if RSVP'd please update your RSVP to NO/ NOT GOING if you are not able to attend. A “no show” is when you RSVP YES/GOING and not show up or if last minute you do not message the organizer (use comment section or private message) to let them know you can’t make it prior to the event starting. We normally go up to all that attend at each event and introduce ourselves, especially with 1st timers and we do keep track no shows.
Some events allow you to invite one woman identified guest*, some events may allow more or none. Please be considerate of this especially given restriction of reserved space. *women identified guests do not need to be femme queer identified, however please respect that this space is created and centers for queer women connections.
You can be removed at any point at the organizer's discretion, we do not tolerate hate, violence, harassment, any form of xenophobia or drama in this meetup.
Keep your membership active by checking out the site periodically, meetup automatically deletes inactive members.
