Visualizing Time Series with Grafana

Torkel Ödegaard, Grafana (http://grafana.org/)

Torkel will give a brief introduction and demo of what Grafana is and why it has quickly become one of the leading dashboards and graph composers for Graphite, InfluxDB and OpenTSDB. He will also give a sneak peak at upcoming features.

Blueflood 2015 Year-End Review

Alex Scammon, Rackspace (http://www.rackspace.com/)

Blueflood is an open-source project that runs on Cassandra to produce a highly-scalable, highly available time-series database. Alex Scammon, Sr. Engineering Manager for Cloud Metrics at Rackspace, will present all the changes that have happened in the past year and show where the project is today. In particular, Alex will spotlight Grafana and graphite-web integrations that Blueflood has recently completed. The conversation will also focus on the current scalability of Blueflood as well as indicating the current trajectory of the project.

We will be serving beer. Drinking is allowed for anyone age 21 or older.
