Riak officially turned 1.0 last month (http://basho.com/blog/technical/2011/09/30/Riak-1-dot-0-is-Official), and now it's time to throw a proper release party in San Francisco to celebrate it.

On Tuesday, November 8th, from 7-10PM, Basho will be taking over the 111 Minna Event Space (http://www.111minnagallery.com/event-space/) in SOMA for a night of food, drinks, celebration, and all things Riak. And we're particularly excited about this as just about everyone from the Basho Team will be in town!

Here's why you should attend:

This is a party for Basho and our community to celebrate the 1.0 release. If you're using Riak, have contributed to it, evaluating it, or find yourself dreaming of vnodes, vector clocks, and n_vals, you should be here. This will be a memorable evening. We hope you can join us.

Let me know if you have any questions.
