About the speaker: Richard Kelly is a top notch investor who’s grown his real estate business in the Bay Area. He started out in the business with no money and began with wholesaling. After reaching critical mass he began flipping and also doing buy and hold of single family and multifamily property. Richard's focus is doing real estate right: keeping it simple and profitable by flipping some, keeping some, and making sure there's lots of upside.

Richard is always learning and will share experiences that will make you and save you big money. Like how he has gotten owner financing with no money down and 0% interest!

Richard has been a full-time real estate investor for the past 10+ years. Before becoming a full time real estate investor, Richard worked as a journalist for 12 years. He has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
