We are not limited to just yoga and meditation. We will bring kirtan (soulful group singing) sessions and also interesting talks (on relationships, on the topic of law of attraction, on stress management, on vegetarian cooking to name a few) by experienced individuals to educate ourselves on how meditation and breathing practices help us in our day to day interaction with people.
