October 2014: SaltStack & CoreOS/Deis

Justin Phelps will be walking through SaltStack, a Python-based SUPER FAST configuration management platform.

Jason Boyles will be introducing us to CoreOS (a minimal OS for running containers) and Deis, a Docker-based open source platform-as-a-service, answering questions such as: What does Deis bring to fleet+etcd that isn't already there? How would I even use this?

As always - we'll have pizza and beer and parking is FREE at the Weston Center. See you there!
