All events organized by this group are planned and led by volunteers. They are not professional guides, instructors, or licensed providers of any kind.
By participating in any event:

2. Guests
If you attend an event with guests:

• This waiver applies equally to your guests as it does to you.

3. Assumption of Risk
Events may include, but are not limited to, hiking, outdoor activities, dining, travel, and social gatherings.
By attending any event, you understand and agree that:

• These activities may involve inherent and unforeseen risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other losses.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

4. Liability Waiver & Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:

• Release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the group, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, and any affiliated persons or entities from all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in any event or activity.

This waiver and release apply to you and to any guests or minors you bring, now and at any time in the future.

5. Property, Conduct & Venue Rules
By attending events, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Any damage you cause to venues, facilities, or property used during events
• Your own conduct and behavior, including compliance with all applicable laws, venue rules, and any instructions provided by venue staff or event organizers

6. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By joining this group, RSVPing to an event, or attending any event (with or without RSVP), you confirm that:

• You understand that you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to bring claims or actions against the organizers, hosts, and volunteers related to your participation

7. Media & Content Release
By attending events, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The group and its organizers may capture and use photographs, videos, your name, and your profile image for community, promotional, or sponsored content
• Such content may be shared on group platforms, social media, websites, or with partner brands for promotional or community-building purposes, without compensation
• The group will respect the audience and privacy settings you have selected on applicable platforms
• Your personal contact information will not be sold or directly shared with advertisers without your explicit consent
