Unconference style Haskell meeting #1

• Agenda:

• 6:30PM - 7:00PM Pizza, refreshments, mingling, and introductions.

• 7:00PM - 8:30PM Lectures and hands-on collaboration.

• The meeting format is as follows:

• We will have two parallel tracks, each running in its own conference room.

• One conference room will be for lecture style presentations and another for hands-on collaboration.

• Lectures room:

• People interested in presenting a Haskell topic, come prepared to do so. If your presentation is one of the most voted, you will have 45 minutes to present.

• At the beginning of the meeting, people interested in presenting will write down the topic of the presentation on a whiteboard.

• Attendees will vote for their favorite lecture topics.

• The two most voted presentations will be selected.

• Hands-on collaboration room:

• People who would like to help or be helped with some specific Haskell topic will be able to do so in the hands-on conference room.

• Access instructions:

• Please confirm your attendance in advance so we can put you on the guest list for access at the front desk.

• Use the entrance located at the corner of West 'A' street and Columbia (the north west corner of the Columbia building).

• Ask at the security booth to let you go up to MindTouch Inc.'s office on the 6th floor.

• Parking

• There is street parking around the building.

• There is paid parking lots around the building as well.
