We need to take action to protect our fur babies in California.
We need to stop the repeal of The original law, SB1785, or "The Hayden Law", was passed in 1998 by State Senator Tom Hayden in an effort to make California shelters more accountable and provide owners of lost pets more time to recover their pets. Brown wants to repeal this bill as a cost cutting measure. See more information at the below link.
Everyone, PLEASE write a letter opposing the bill to euthanize lost pets in 72 hrs.
