TopicDiets Don't Work: 5 Hidden Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss.

Speaker: David Currie

We have been mistakenly led to believe that:

If we don't join a gym or sign up for a marathon we don't have a chance.

While there is some merit to all of this, the simple fact is that, as a society, what we have been doing and how we look at the problem of weight loss and diabetes has not been working.

In his talk David Currie will share in a fun and entertaining way the 5 Hidden Secrets for Permanent Weight Loss.

David Currie attended Chabot College and California State University, Hayward and have an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the largest and most prestigious Chiropractic College in the world.  David has been a faculty member of Palmer College-West in San Jose and a speaker and presenter at national and international Health Care Symposiums.

It was good to hear David's talk
One of his tips was that we walk
Four to five mini meals a day
Makes it good to lose weight that way
David went to the best schools
    And learned good chiropractic rules
I'm sure glad we got to hear him
So now let's all get nice and trim :)
