What we’re about
I created this group for women in their 30s and 40s but we are open to any ages. We are working professionals looking to meet new friends for dining out, bar hopping, beach trips, festivals, sunset cruises, shopping, movies and any other local events that may be going on. As the organizer for the group, I always tell new members that I am open to any ideas for events and if you have suggestions you can post what you want on the site. Before I became an organizer I was a member of other meetup groups. I remember being weary of attending a meetup and didnt feel comfortable. When I created this group, I was hoping that at least one person would join! Then, I was hoping that at least a couple of ladies would come to the first meetup! I am so happy that this group has developed the way it has. This is truly a great group of women who are always welcoming. We are developing friendships and having a blast doing it! I encourage you to join and come out to a meetup. I promise you will enjoy yourself and meet some great ladies. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and just having fun! No drama! Hope to see you soon.
