Important Planning Meeting

For 2012 Florida Session & Elections

It is my hope that everyone will attend this meeting even though we don't have a special speaker. We need to discuss some very important issues that are coming up quickly. The Florida session starts in January 2012, we have the Presidential Preference Election on January 31, 2012, and we are going to soon be bombarded by candidates wanting to talk to our group. We need to talk as a group about how we will handle 2012.

Some topics we will talk about...

Septic Tank Repeal and other important Florida legislation coming up in committees the rest of the year and in session January-March 2012. Presidential Preference Election January 31, 2012 We will take a look at the elections of 2008 and see how the voter turnout was in Santa Rosa County in this election. Discussion on candidate forums for 2012, and how we, (that includes you) would like to see them conducted. Third Party Voter Registration Idea Grasshopper Brigade Reports - (Please come prepared to tell us what items you have found locally that are Made in the USA). If you can bring some refreshments, please let me know. See you Monday, November 14th at 6:00pm, be ready to brainstorm!
