I would like to thank our speakers and the attendees for making it a great evening. Phil has started a very good discussion on structuring/designing Scala programs. Robert showed how Play provides a lot of the structure (basically a variant of MVC), so some of the decisions are already made for you. So let us try and continue this track to find out more about how to organise bigger chunks of code in Scala. Perhaps you have a take on this? Here is a link to the introductory slides

Cheers and keep hacking in Scala. See you at the next meetup.

I'm sorry - I had a defect with my bike and had to return on the half way.

That was unfortunate. I was wondering where you were. The next meetup is right around the corner.

By accident I just discovered Phils "Function Composition: The top reason node.js submissions get rejected by SoundCloud" on YouTube and couldn't resist to watch it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Qsic1xmPKs
Can I still learn something new/else at https://twitter.com/bbscala tomorrow? :-)

In that case I would resist from watching it till afterwards and make a judgement + on youtube you can't ask the speaker any questions so if you have any and the talk is kinda the same then that should be a reason enough? :)
