Come in and join us for a free Introductory Session on Mindfulness Meditation and make a step towards a healthier and more harmonious life.
Practicing Mindfulness regularly can improve your ability to cope with everyday challenges and learn how to stop stressors from damaging your life and the lives of your children.
This session is an introduction to The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program that is designed to help people increase resiliency towards stressors and eliminate pain caused by life’s challenges.
The program will have a special focus on improving relationships within the family and help you to enjoy parenting without struggling to change people around you.
It is designed to cultivate a greater sense of calm and well-being in every member of the family.
This free introductory session to the eight-week program will explain how MBSR can help you:
● Enhance the skill of concentration, patience and personal performance.
● Learn how to cope with stress, pain and suffering.
● Sharpen awareness and concentration, and tap into your inner resources to
improve every aspect of your life.
