In this workshop we will identify the plants in the local area, learning their properties, uses, history and folklore.

Then you'll learn how to make a wild berry syrup, and hazelnut damper bread - cooking it in the fire.

The rich tapestry of the British flora provides medicine and food and this will be a hands-on introduction suitable for all levels of experience.

Led by bushcraft and woodcraft teacher, Jonathon Huet of Walk with Trees.

The cost is £24.99, which includes food to cook on the day.

Suitable for beginners and those who'd like to refresh their skills.

Jonathon Huet of Walk with Trees (http://www.walkwithtrees.co.uk) has been studying wild plants for over 25 years, and is an accredited Bushcraft Instructor and woodcraft teacher.

He will also introduce you to other herbal remedies.

Jonathan's unique workshops are brought alive with the poems and folklore of this inexhaustible subject.
