Art is a language of the soul.

It is a way to express a deep process that combines memories, associations, feelings, fears and desires.

It is a rich and honest form of communication and hugely beneficial on the path to self-discovery and fulfilment.

In this workshop, we'll marry this approach to art with a love for nature, and lead you to a place of silence, connection and creative expression at a beautiful outdoor location.

You will create individual land art pieces with gathered natural materials, get to see unique creative processes and gain personal insights.

This workshop is being led by Anniek Verholt, a Dutch artist based in London and Brighton.
