We are marking the International Happiness Day with a laughter yoga session lead by the recent graduates from the School of Laughter Yoga. Come and play, exercise, laugh, socialise, connect, network, relax, relate, let go, be joyful, cry and be the fun you can be.

Please wear comfortable cloths, this is active form of exercise with aerobic like playful exercises. The session takes place outside, there a is shelter if it rains.
