The Organizer, Mary Lou a.k.a. LuLu, offers over a decade of experience coordinating events like scrapbooking and crafting crops, scrapbooking and crafting retreats and international festivals. We encourage attendees to start, continue or complete layouts, scrapbooks or craft projects. But no pressure - we only want you to have a fun and relaxing weekend. We offer fun, sociable, 'No-Frills' events where you can focus without too many distractions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds given - unless retreat is cancelled by the organizer.

No refunds are given, however, tickets ARE transferrable! If you paid your registration fees, but suddenly can't attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else on the Wait List. It is up to you to get payment from the new ticket holder to whom you are transferring your ticket. This can be done up to 48 hours before retreat. See below 'Transferrable Tickets' for details.

TRANSFERRABLE TICKETS

Purchased tickets for all retreats are transferable but payment is non-refundable. What this means: If you pay for a registration but are unable to attend, and if there is a waiting list that has formed, we will put you in contact with the first person on the list to whom you can offer your retreat spot. If the person on the list accepts, then that person will need to pay you for your spot and once that transaction is complete and both parties are satisfied, you must email Mary Lou up to 48 hours before the retreat, we will transfer your spot to the other person. If you are unable to attend and there is no waiting list, we do not provide refunds.

EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS

In the very rare event of an emergency or unavoidable natural disaster or act of God, the class may be cancelled. In this situation, all fees will be reimbursed in full online within 2-3 weeks or as soon as possible of date the event was cancelled.
