Support Crew for Todays Event Needed

I need just a few support crew for our Veterans & Newbies dive event today. If you don't fit into either of the two categories ("experienced" or "newbie"), then perhaps you could lend me a hand?

I'll need someone to:

Setup- Everyone Man the sign-in table- Laura Brief the Veterans and the Newbies when they arrive- Ross Arrange Foodstuffs and keep tables neat- Everyone Man the grill- Tedd Cleanup- Everyone pitch in please Misc Stuff- Everyone

Any well run event depends on its volunteers. Can you help? Approx running time is 8 am to 12 pm
