Roadmap to Bootstrap: How to get from idea to launch

It's been a great year of coffee meetings and discussions and case studies. As 2012 draws to a close, so does this chapter of the Bootstrappers' Meetup. I have some conflicting commitments on the table in January, but will be looking to organize the occasional event to keep the bootstrapped vision alive.

But before we wrap up our weekly meetings, there are 2 more topics I want to cover. The first is how lay out a plan to get to the next launch. Whether your next milestone is beta, 1.0 or even just a feature release, having a roadmap to getting there can make it a lot smoother.

I'll share a favorite technique for laying out the tasks ahead and staying focused, and show you an example roadmap to a bootstrapped launch.
