How did you find out about our group?

I can't remember for sure, but I think it was on the Wizards of the Coast website.

Are you a dungeon master, a player, or both? Which do you like better?

I'm both a DM and a player. I love both playing and DM'ing, with a preference to DM'ing. I'm on a never-ending quest to become a better DM and I enjoy learning from different DM's to experience their various styles. I also find that regularly participating as a player in games helps me to improve my DM'ing skills.

What is your favorite version of D&D (basic to 5th edition, Pathfinder, 13th Age, etc.)

4th edition is where I got really involved in organized play, from Game days to Living Forgotten Realms to Encounters, so I have to say it has a special place in my heart. However, I'm also a big fan of 13th Age. I enjoyed 3.5 more as a player than a DM because monster stat blocks, especially at higher levels, were a chore to manage. I don't have enough experience with D&D Next to have formed a qualified opinion.

Hi! I'm a long-time Seattleite, though I originally migrated from over the mountains. My first character I ever played was a dwarf from Basic D&D named Zeffan. After a brief period with computer games I've returned fully into the pen & paper camp.
