Only to find that the experience is poor, the branding is different or unhelpful? Or you are sitting on your sofa dreaming of that product and looking for more information online but cant find it?

    Thanks to all of you who came along yesterday. I don't know about you but Dirk provided a lot of insight into the needs of small retailers when caught between large brand manufacturers and the consumer. I think a few good new software ideas could come out of that. If anyone can find a way to close the gap to reach those eBike riders online it sounds like there is money to be made.
