I admit I'm more of an aspirational runner. I aspire to be able to run 5 miles a day. My plan for 2013 is to start running consistently.
The farthest I have ever run is two miles. I know it's not much, but I'd love to be able to run around Green Lake once or twice without stopping to catch my breath.
During the week I have to run in the evenings after work, but on the weekends I'd love to run in the morning or afternoon.
Running with other fun people will really help motivate me. If there are any others in the group who never really ran much before they joined, I'd love to hear from them about how they were able to increase their distance.
Grand Canyon Rim to Rim Run
I just moved to Seattle from Los Angeles for work. I am loving the area, especially the lake.
