How long have you been running and are there items still on your bucket list that you are motivated to accomplish?

I ran my first 5k in 2012 and my first marathon in 2016. Still contemplating the bucket list.

How did your 2016 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Fewer races and more fun was the plan for 2016. Ran my first full marathon (NYC) and it was absolutely amazing. Also PRd in the 5k and was first place in my age group for that race. That was pretty awesome.

What is your plan for 2017? Any races on the calendar for you? Do you have any big goals?

For second marathon (Portland), I want to improve my time by 20mins which means I need to do speed training this year. Also planning on the Mt Rainier duathlon and Seawheeze half plus some trail running. I'll probably do some 5ks too.

How many days a week do you typically run? What time of the day do you run?

I usually run four days per week and prefer mornings as evening are family time.

How can we best support you and your running goals?

Keep doing what you're doing - awesome running buddies and lots of support and encouragement.
