How long have you been running and are there items still on your bucket list that you are motivated to accomplish?

I started running in 2012. Bucket list things involve running really far on trails (signed up for the Siskiyou Out and Back 50 Miler July 2017) and hopefully getting into the Big Sur marathon lotto one day.

How did your 2016 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

I ran over 2016 miles last year. Highlights - running my first 50k at Chuckanut then finishing as the fifth woman in my second 50k at Sun Mountain.

What is your plan for 2017? Any races on the calendar for you? Do you have any big goals?

Orcas Island 25k in January Chuckanut 50k in March Everett Half Marathon in April Mt. Si Relay in April Siskiyou Out and Back 50 miler several relays

How many days a week do you typically run? What time of the day do you run?

Morning is best, but now I run whenever I can!

I love running - it makes me a better person! I especially love trail running as it combines my two loves of being out in nature with running!
