I set personal goals and mostly that's good enough for me.
I ran the Seattle Marathon and a couple of half marathons. I took most of the winter off from running.
I've run two marathons and I'm in training for the Tacoma.
I prefer morning runs but lately it's been tough to go out in the cold.
Basically I think running with a group can help me to have a little fun while I do these long runs that my plan calls for.
I run mostly around Lake Union and recently my motivation has been waning, especially for the long runs.
