Seattle Running Club Sunday Run

You are invited to join us for our Sunday Morning trail runs. Our trail runs at cougar mountain range from 10 to 14 miles. Hand outs of the trail maps are usually available at the trail head. Which would give you the option of going shorter or longer distances than the planned group run.

Bring 1 to 2 water bottle or hydration pack. Recommended 100 to 300 calories of nutrition.

Appropriate clothing for the weather as Washington weather can change quickly.

Cougar Mountain is our home base for the Sunday runs. We do run on the other local mountains such as Squak and Tiger Mountain. At least once a month we do a destination run. You will receive an update via email when we change the location of the run from Redtown trail head at Cougar Mountain to some other location. On this web page you will find a tab that says photos you will see photos from our past destination runs.
