I used to trail run by myself all the time, but am a bit freaked out by it since becoming a mom, and since that attack on Tiger Mtn last year. I'm looking for a group to run with on the weekends.
I like to do long trail runs on the weekends, anywhere from 10 to 25 miles long. I run about 5 to 6 mph, depending on how hilly the trail is and on how long I'll be out. And I'm perpetually training for trail races in the 50K to 100M range. :-)
Hi, I'm Carolyn and I'm a trail junky. :-) I've been trail running for about 10 years, mostly in the Issaquah Alps and in North Bend. I'm looking for a group to do long runs with on the weekends, so this sounds perfect!
