Lots of activities. Looks like a fun group already. I'm hoping to get faster in shorter distances (1mile to 5k) and use that speed to make real improvements in longer distances (half marathon and marathon).
Have been running with a few more experienced runners and have really gotten a lot out of it. Just want folks to bounce ideas off of.
Father of soon-to-be two, plaintiff's lawyer, raised in Randle, WA, college at WSU, law school at UW, avid beer drinker, and former high school runner who just got serious about it last winter.
