Alan Shalloway on "What You Must Attend to, to Scale Agile: And How SAFe Does"

We are pleased to host Al Shalloway as guest speaker at our meetup!!!

Topic: What You Must Attend to, to Scale Agile: And How SAFe Does

Net Objectives has been doing scaled Agile for almost a decade – well before SAFe existed. In doing that we discovered the activities and mindset for achieving Agile at scale – what we call the Lean-Agile Framework. SAFe works because it helps to achieve this. This webinar discusses what it takes to be effective at scale and how SAFe achieves this.

I am hosting an event March 25-27 at the Sheraton on the large enterprise adoption of lean and agile, focused on how methods interface with management and governance.

Culture/organizational change, architecture, program management best practices, and innovation all pop up as key issues. What do you think of these and are there others?

We are looking not at intricacies of development, but how it brings value to the enterprise.
