Didn't have enough jumps to make it through the final set, but dayum. Rockin'.

Was fun and a great chance to meet more of the fandom in the area. The music was pretty good, but eventually got too loud for me, but that's a matter of taste. The turnout was smaller than what I was expecting from the RSVPs showing on the Meetup page. Shame that. I'm glad I took the time and frustration (I loathe downtown) of attending.

I agree on the volume came equipped with ear plugs this time. But I think that's just kind of a "concert thing." And, yeah, downtown driving is a chore, but it was worth it!

    • Jonathan S.

The count was approximately the same as the list, although the turnout was admittedly a bit less than the last two. It sounds like most people are chalking it up to graduation activities.

Did anyone find a dark green hoodie left on the couch in the back of the main room?

That was great! Thanks to everyone who helped put it on!

It turns out the way to make me enjoy a dance party is to add ponies. Who knew?

Will anybody be able to give me a ride to west seattle after this?

    June 12, 2014

    • Curtis

That was definitely unauthorized use of cat-5 and USB cables...

So, who's gonna help me untie Rainbow when I get there? (And hopefully someone has a bigger-than-compact car to make it easier getting her back...)

I would go, and I knew about this since the Brony Tale showing in Seattle, but How To Train Your Dragon 2 comes out Friday, and I've actually been waiting for that since before I even became a brony, so I'll just say have fun to those who are going to Vera on Friday.

We're seeing it at around 7pm because it's the earliest showing that fits my brother's work schedule.

      I saw it yesterday.

Hey toks, are you still holding your Renton thing before this? If so, I'd be willing to give some ponies a ride up.

Anyone in the Seattle / Jigsaw area want a ride to split parking?

    June 11, 2014

  • Krysta

I'm definitely talking this over with my buds. :) Sounds fricken' awesome!

How likely is this to sell out? Despite what the description claims, tickets are actually more expensive in advance than they are at the door because of a $4.25 fee that gets added when purchasing online. If it's reasonable to wait I think I would prefer to do so. Unless it's possible to buy them in advance on location?

    1 · May 29, 2014

    • Curtis

I'm pretty sure the last one didn't sell out, but there were definitely a fair amount of people there. I thought the same thing as you, but then just went ahead and bought a ticket online since I'd feel really stupid if I ended up missing out over $1.25

It hasn't the last two times, but no guarantee that won't change. *Shrug*

Really only been 8 months since the last one, but feels like a year... But has been over a year since the very first one back in April of 2013. ;)

These aren't really yearly, just infrequent.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
