The meeting was a completely new experience in socialization for me and I appreciated speaking with the couple I met. I can begin putting long term goals into effect with confidence.

Loved it! I thought breaking the larger group out into a fourth subgroup was a great idea...felt like I got much more out of the experience.

I had a really good time. As a first-timer, I was mostly getting my feet wet. Lots of people with good ideas and helpful advice. I definitely felt encouraged to go deeper in my WordPress skills.

Didn't get a sense of the whole group because we were divided up by sub-group interests. My subgroup discussion was helpful, and I liked the voting to choose the most interesting topics.

i really liked the color coded name tags. it helped us get organized and find each other, which made networking go very successfully.

I came as a "user" but there was no such category. Organizer Bob said "Oh that's what "beginners" means." Um, OK. So I joined that group, which was completely dominated by an obnoxious and self-important "designer" who Bob allowed to blab on and on (she was oblivious to his attempts at diversion). SO annoying! AND the pop machine ate my $1.50.

Tried out an unconference for the first time with the group. There was a little confusion to begin with, but it went off well. The Dev group desires a project next time to demo code and share examples :)

Much of it was way over my head - which was excellent, because it pushes me and also gives me a good idea of where I need to focus my attention. Learned a lot, and plan on coming to more if possible.

Hi Jo, I would recommend you asking this question on discussions > message board > WordPress support and questions. You will get a better response there.. thanks!
