Lets have another dinner together whilst enjoying the great sunset view by the pool! The suggested donation for this dinner is a little higher than before but I will be turning things up a few notches.
If you haven't experienced delicious vegan food, then here is your opportunity!
Course 1 - Iced Tomato Sorbet - Beefsteak tomatoes, fresh vegan mayonnaise, and lemon juice served with basil leaves and sliced tomatoes.
Course 2 - Bruschetta - Chopped fresh tomatoes with garlic, basil, olive oil, pine nuts, and balsamic vinegar, served on toasted slices of Ciabatta bread.
Course 3 - Spinach Salad - Spinach with Jicama, Radishes, and an Orange Vinaigrette
Course 4 - Italian Beef (less) - Vegan (meatless) beef tips with an Italian marinade and quinoa with spinach, tomatoes, and fresh herbs
Course 5 - Vegan (non-dairy) Cashew Cardamom Minicake - Cashew butter frosting on top of little cashew butter cakes
Feel free to bring your favourite wine. Basic refreshments (sun tea, water, coffee) will be provided.
