This month’s presentation is based on a TED Talk by Kathryn Schulz, author of "Being Wrong" ( http://www.ted.com/talks/kathryn_schulz_on_being_wrong.html ). People hate to be wrong, yet we often are! What can we learn from these insights to make us more effective when delivering our messages to others who do not share our beliefs and thus assume we are ignorant, or stupid…or even evil!
