Selenium Israel Meetup #10

Hello everyone! Our next Meetup will take place on August 2nd at the ironSource office and will include talks by MyHeritage and ironSource.

The first talk, by Naphtali Gilead (https://il.linkedin.com/in/naphtul), Ben Weisblatt (https://il.linkedin.com/pub/ben-weisblatt/60/6a/383), and Ariel Levy (https://il.linkedin.com/pub/ariel-levy/5/863/416) from ironSource, will focus on the Robot Framework ( http://robotframework.org/ ) and how it is used in ironSource's continuous integration lifecycle. The Robot Framework is a highly flexible test automation framework which relies on Python keywords. Its advantages are its mature libraries, informative reports, and ease of use for QA engineers. The talk will also touch on how it complements Selenium as a full end-to-end automation solution.

In the second talk, Matan Goren (https://il.linkedin.com/pub/matan-goren/4/523/a80) and Yehuda Miller (https://il.linkedin.com/in/yehudafmiller) from MyHeritage will discuss how MyHeritage uses Watir, Ruby, Cumcumber and other supporting technologies to allow end to end testing. He will also explain how QA automation engineers are an integral part of the Continuous Deployment process at MyHeritage.
