What we’re about

We're a group of warm, open-hearted people who get together once a month to meditate and practice self-compassion. At the beginning of each group, we do some mindfulness practices to help us arrive. We share a poem and then introduce ourselves briefly. People often talk about our intentions and how they've been doing with practicing self-compassion in recent weeks. After a brief talk (including tools and practices) about self-compassion, we meditate together. We usually finish up with time for small group discussion and then questions in the larger group. 

In this group you will:
~ find support in developing a stronger core of inner acceptance
~ learn how to find more self-compassion in your everyday life
~ cultivate the awareness and curiosity that help disarm the inner critic
