We are a friendly group looking at ways of increasing our skills in areas such as positive thinking, relationships and personal development. Meeting regularly will help us to reinforce our more positive habits.

If you are interested in joining a discussion group/workshop to work on increasing our positive thoughts and decreasing our negative ones then come and join. It is the sort of group where we can all chip in with our ideas and suggest topics for discussion.

We have no rigid ideas or creeds that we are trying to sell and like the idea of the group being friendly open and accepting of each other as we are. Like minded people can meetup for a couple of hours of peaceful discussion pooling our wisdom and hopefully helping each other.

We find the discussions peaceful and relaxing. You will gain friends and acquaintances who you may see at other local meetup group events.

We encourage all group members to suggest topics for discussion.

Meetups will cost £1 to cover the subscription costs to the Meetup website
