Shamanic Journeying & Healing Circle-Online

Welcome to the Shamanic Journeying & Healing Circle! This gathering, is for beginners and experienced journeyers, who want to connect with the power and beauty of nature, the heart of the earth & the heart of the heavens, their spirit helpers, allies, power animals and the spirit of reiki. We will explore non-ordinary reality, and higher consciousness! We will journey to retrieve information, answers, healing & support! Some of the benefits of Shamanic Journeying are, relaxation & stress reduction, insights into life experiences, personal power, healing, joy, and intuitive awareness & guidance! We will create a sacred space, call in the directions & the elements, invite in our helping spirits, practice breathing, grounding & centering exercises. We will take a guided journey, with the sound of the drum or rattle, to discover the wisdom of our higher selves & spirit guides, and receive healing. After the journey, there will be time to journal & share your experience, if you like. We will meet on Zoom for 1 1/2 hours. Shamanic classes & personal sessions are also offered!
