Our unique Yoga group allows you to practice yoga and meet other fun, friendly group of students. All of our Yoga classes are followed by a meet and greet along with Brunch. All Students are welcome to join us for Brunch after the Sunday class. It is a great way to meet other locals.
Yoga helps to develop strength, balance and flexibility through the performance of unique poses. Each pose has specific physical benefits. After an hour of movement through the poses (Asanas), we conclude the class with breathing exercises (Pranayama) and deep relaxation (Savasana). Deep relaxation rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.
